BuildReady™ Pilot Terms
These terms describe UtilityMath’s no-charge pilot for approved business partners. Effective September 7, 2026.
1. Parties and acceptance
These Pilot Terms apply between UtilityMath, operated from 8101 Boat Club Rd, Ste 240 PMB 631, Fort Worth, TX 76179 (“UtilityMath”), and the business approved for the pilot (“Partner”). The person accepting confirms they are authorized to act for Partner.
2. Pilot access
UtilityMath will provide one partner-specific redemption method for up to 10 BuildReady™ customer licenses during the 30-day pilot period stated in the approval email. Each license is for one customer’s personal use and may not be resold, copied for additional customers, posted publicly, or redistributed.
3. No charge and no obligation
The pilot has no charge to Partner or the first 10 eligible customers. It does not require exclusivity, a minimum purchase, or continuation after the pilot. Paid sponsored access or referral compensation requires a separate written agreement or order.
4. Customer relationship and privacy
Partner should share the approved link directly with customers. Partner must not send UtilityMath customer loan files, government identification, payment-card information, or other unnecessary sensitive information. Customers interact directly with UtilityMath and are subject to UtilityMath’s posted privacy and product terms.
5. Accurate representation
Partner may describe BuildReady™ as an independent educational planning resource. Partner may not claim that UtilityMath approves a home, retailer, contractor, lender, price, site, permit, installation, or transaction. Partner may not alter UtilityMath materials or make guarantees on UtilityMath’s behalf.
6. Educational limits
BuildReady™ provides educational organization and planning tools. It does not provide legal, tax, lending, engineering, inspection, code, appraisal, or construction advice and does not replace qualified local professionals or controlling contracts.
7. Feedback and publicity
Feedback is optional. UtilityMath will not publish Partner’s name, logo, testimonial, pilot results, or customer information without separate permission. Partner may stop distributing the pilot link at any time.
8. Suspension and termination
UtilityMath may suspend or end the pilot if the link is posted publicly, redemption is abused, materials are redistributed, the relationship creates consumer confusion, or continued access presents legal, security, or reputational risk. Unused pilot licenses expire when the pilot ends.
9. Warranty and liability
The pilot and materials are provided “as is” for evaluation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, UtilityMath disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for project, purchasing, lending, contracting, installation, or property decisions made by Partner or its customers.
10. General terms
These terms and the approval email form the pilot understanding. Texas law governs without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays effective. Changes must be confirmed in writing by UtilityMath.
Attorney-review note: This is UtilityMath’s operational draft. It should be reviewed by a qualified Texas business attorney before broad or nationwide partner use.
