Mark an item Confirmed only when you have a document, written estimate, permit decision, utility response, professional report, or other reliable source. “Someone said it should be fine” belongs under In progress.
Critical blockers deserve attention before a nonrefundable deposit. Placement eligibility, delivery access, electric service, water, septic or sewer, and written project responsibility can change whether the project works and what it costs.
