Immediate digital delivery
Paid Utility Math products are delivered through a private download page immediately after successful checkout. Save the file to your device when it appears. Stripe separately sends the purchase receipt to the email used at checkout.
If the download fails
Email hello@utilitymath.com with the purchaser’s name, checkout email, product, and approximate purchase time. Do not email card numbers or banking information. After the completed payment is verified, Utility Math will provide replacement access.
Refunds
Fourteen-day problem-resolution window
If a file cannot be delivered, is materially defective, or is materially different from the product description, contact us within 14 calendar days of purchase. We will first attempt to correct the problem or provide replacement access. If we cannot, we will issue an appropriate refund.
Because downloadable products are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, refunds for accidental purchases, changed plans, failure to use the files, or dissatisfaction unrelated to a material defect are considered individually and are not guaranteed. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
Duplicate or incorrect charges
Contact us promptly if you believe you were charged twice or charged the wrong amount. We will compare the request with the Stripe transaction record and correct verified billing errors.
Processing time
Approved refunds are submitted to the original payment method through Stripe. Your bank or card issuer controls when the credit appears after Stripe processes it.
